WANDERING

NOTICE - I was visiting a new town and started to walk around visiting stores to look at things but then I decided to go into a park and pray for God’s companionship.

RELEASE - I had to resist the urge to wander around looking fpr things rather than pause and pray.

RESPOND - God invited me to spend time developing our relationship through prayer and contemplation.

BACKPACK

NOTICE - I was watching people on the street when I noticed two people and how one of them put their personal items into the backpack of the other person for them to carry for them.

RELEASE - I had to let go of my thought that each person should carry their own things.

RESPOND - I was invited to see how the person carrying the items was helping the other person and it made me think of love our neghbor as we love ourselves.

A GLASS OF WATER

NOTICE - I was sitting in a coffee shop and the owner brought me a cup of water without havng to ask for it.

RELEASE - I had to recognize that the owner was not trying sell me something but was simply making sure that I was comfrotable in his shop.

RESPOND - To be more appreociative of the little things people do for you because they care about you.

NOTICE - I noticed the sacred at the airport when someone asked me for assistance in finding their terminal.

RESPOND - I offered her help by describing how she could get to her terminal.
